Default How to get the most out of a 5.3, while using

mainly stock parts, which heads, mods to heads, which intake LS6, which cam, looking for good torque, good fuel mileage?
And Yes I used the search, couldn't really find the anything.

This might go in a full size regular cab, 4x4 or a regular cab or QC Colorado
4x4. Looking for answers on what mods to perform on the heads, which cam, which intake, this will be an all motor package, maybe a 100 shot nitrous.

West Coast Cylinder Heads did a edelbrock cnc that is specifically designed for 4.8 and 5.3L motors. May want to give richard at wcch a call and talk to him about a combo for your project.
