who can widing a wheel ? 9"1/2" to 10"

I seen somewhere on here a guy had his WS6 wheels widing from 9"1/2 to 10" wheel.Dose anyone have this info?

what sized tire do you want to run? seems like it would cost a lot of money for only 1/2"
