Wink

I would, get the titanium ones, your valvetrain will appreaciate you, I did and was extremly happy I did. If your gonna do a cam job, don't cut corners, you'll be happy with changing your retainers.

Titanium isn't necessary, I did it for an extra light valve train and that insurance for valve float. you can get the OEM ones and be just fine. I would get different springs like the 918's if you plan on a cam for sure.

New retainers are not necessary if the springs (NECESSARY!) that you get can use stock retainers. Ti retainers are not a bad idea, though. They are not very expensive and reduce valvetrain weight.

Why are you planning on new valves?

If you are doing new valves and plan on going bigger you might want to make sure that you have a combo that is going to help and not hurt with oversized valves.
