So I bought a Granatelli Programmer for my 98 Trans Am this week and I seem to be having some trouble. I have talked to tech support and they have even gone as far as sending me another unit, and even talking to the engineers of the product. The conclusion has come down to the PCM is blocking the programmer from accessing the computer or it just will not work with the 98 trans am.

Anyone else have this product, or have had simular problems let me know??

The Granatelli programer is a Diablosport Predator rebadged, right? Unless it's something new Predators only work on 99 and up F-bodies. You'd think their tech support would know what models it works on???? If it's just not powering up at all check your "CIG/ACCY" fuse. Believe it'll read/clear codes, it's the tune that won't work.

I've been on their site since I am thinking of getting one..they don't make them for 1998. Diablosport site I mean....Granatelli doesn't own them anymore I have been told.
