IAT question- please define! All- would there be any difference between a supercharger setup and a rear turbo setup in regards to IAT? Say, both units were averaging 14 psi, would the turbo IAT be hotter than the S/C? or would it be the same? Thanks!

Depends on where each compressor is at on the eff chart. A very efficient tubo set-up would have a cooler discharge temp than an inefficient sc set=up and vice versa. Also, the final AIT will depend on the Intercooler.
