mods-please keep this in this section as it will not recieve a response in the truck sections...

I do not race the truck, i just would like some more bottom end torque. i also would like it to be automatic friendly. Any suggestions? Stock 5.3 liter heads on the truck. Also would like it to sound pretty good. I'd like to see more power/torque from idle to 3500 rpm, anything above that really doesn't affect me one way or another. Please help me out.

Its gona have to be a split, more duration on the exhaust side.
