Default FAST TB 78mm bearing removal

I have disassembled the TB to a point where all that is left is the bearings. I tried to hook them out but they won't budge. Unless I can get the bearings out and replaced my powedercoating dreams are not going to come true...

any suggestions?

I don't know what to tell you man! You might try putting it in the oven on about *250, then trying to remove it. I'm not sure how they are installed, but probably with a press. You could send a PM to Nick Williams and ask some questions, or refer to this thread. He might be able to shed some light on the subject.

I would just put it in the oven to heat it as mentioned. Then you should be able to get them out. They may even fall out.

Yea, that will work. As the TB gets hot the components will grow in size and get larger because of the heat, but since the bearings are made of unobtanium they aren't affected by this heat and won't become any larger and will fall out.
