How well do you think this air to water would work? 
have you guys seen the air to water intercooler the xo2 ones that they say are rated to 1200 hp they are only like 340 bucks shipped. really cheap wonder how well they work. the specs areCore Length :9"

Inlet Size:3"
Outlet Size:3"
Overall size(with endtank): 16.50"x12.8"x 4.5"
What are your thoughts and how could it be made better?
