Default Anyone make a lightweight alternator?

Did a search but couldn't find anything. My alternator is about to take a dump so I was wondering if they sold a lightweight one for our cars. I still have A/C and all my other accessories, so maybe a lightweight one isn't best for me. Any ideas?

Ha, that is a good idea, although I've never seen or heard of one.

I am not sure if there is anything that is a direct fit. A remmeber that a sponser here before a couple of years mentioned that he rans the Power master race alternator.
