Default (so cal)(661)(818)anyone know how to install a ls1?

i live in the lancaster area (661). i'm looking for someone to install a ls1 in to 99 camaro. is anyone up for it? or can anyone forward me to someone who's good and knows what he's doing? please let me know ASAP.

Is it a v6 now and you want to swap to a ls1, or is the stock motor blown?

my stock motor threw a rod. i have a new one. i just need someone to install it. any chance?

lancaster hu? i lived in palmdale i know a guy hes real good i did mine and he help me out with it, i cant do much cuz im in the millitary!! he works at rally chevrolet, so it might not be cheap but you get what you pay for!! what does your car look like i'll be home for the first two weeks in july and yes bringing my ride all the way from NC. any other camaro guy around town?

SS DUDE: thanks for the reference, I CALLED DICK GULDSTRAND. he say "it a 16-20 hour job. At $90 per hour + any coolant, connectors that i might need etc." Nearly $2000. im gonna keep shoppin around for now.
