Default Bilstein Heavy Duty Shocks, how good?

there is a guys offering a good deal on a set of Z06 wheels and a set of Bilstein Shocks (133-FBODYSET-1 Bilstein Heavy Duty Shocks 1993-2002 F-Body, Complete Set Front & Rear) and Eback Springs.

I need to know about these shocks, how good, how durable and how stiff?

they were on an LS1 Camaro, and Have 5000 Miles on them.

are they any good? Do u recomend them?

I wont be drag racing it, it might see some runs but mostly street and some laps around the track every now and then.

Cant really join races as I'm in Drag race and Circuit racing Committee.
