Default exhaust leak

My car is leaking right before the cat. Now when I say leaking I mean its like hot water. Is an exhaust leak by definition just air or actually a liquid? Mines leaking the liquid..

When a car burns gas, water is one of the products of the combustion. It's just collecting where it's coming out, and drips out. I would consider it an exhaust leak.
