throttle response 94 z28. whenever im at a stop if i smash the pedal it bogs bad and then launches what could cause this? i have a new opti i thought that would help and it did a lil bit but not as much as i though it should.think maybe its my throttle postition sensor??? i'm stumped help if ya can.

Had the same problem on my S-10. It was the plug wires. 110,000 on them unknowingly. Were fine until I changed the head gasket and moved them around a lot. When I put them back on the truck spit and spuddered only on quick accellerations. Put new ones on and it drove fine. Just something to look into though.

had the same problem try your plugs and wire but don`t rule out your knock sensor i would try the lt-4 knock sensor
