Default Too much fuel?

Ever since I installed walbro 255 in-tank car shuts down around four grand if I floor it.But if I slowly increase throttle it won't shut down. The car was tuned for the 100 shot and was leaning out bad so my tuner told me he was going to push the stock pump as hard as he could so I was thinking I just need a retune cause it's just dumping to much fuel in when I go wot.Does this theory make any since?

You'll have to check your fuel pressure at some point.
You might have a pressure leak inside your tank.

Sounds reasonable. Get the fuel pressure checked first, then check the tune.
