Default tsp giant cam ???

Has anyone here orknow of someone who ran the tsp giant cam and how would it work out w/ this set up.

6.0 iron block completely forged
west coast cylinder heads ported to the max
all the rest of the bolt ons and prolly on a 250 or 300 shot
th-400 3800 stall
moser rear w/ 373's

the car is gonna be driven on the street but just to the local meets and races and because of the nitrous it will prolly be on a 114 lsa. the cam specs are 248/254, .611/.613

thanks to all in advance for help, opinions, and advice.

Thats a HUGE cam! Why don't you go with something more... "T-rex" sized?

I running one in my 402. I have a six speed manual and its on a 113lsa. I like the cam and its running well on the steet and at the track. You should make some good power with that combo.

Yeah, that 10.60 is with a 125 shot and a 1.60 60'. I have the nitrous coming on after the 1/8 mile because if I use it before that I just spin. I'm trying to get my sixty down in the 1.40-1.50 range.

o.k., now I'm understanding. if you get it to hook though, spraying out of the hole will probbaly get you about another 5 mph if not more, and well into the 9's get some tires on that thing!

Oh wait, you're playing with a vette... nevermind, don't do that, unless you like replacing the driveline parts.
