Anybody from around Anniston,AL? Is there anything around Anniston? I'm going to try to get on at the army depot out there. I'm at Red River Army Depot now, but it sucks here and my wife wants to move somewhere, and this is one place we're considering.

There's not much around Anniston. As far as the car scene goes there's like a monthly 'cruise-in' at the mall... We used to be able to street race til the cops got so bad so now we have to take it to the track. Most of the people I hang around go to Alabama International Dragway in Steele, AL. But Birmingham which is about an hour to an hour and a half from Anniston used to be the place to go for midnight street racing.

If you are looking for racing don't come to Anniston!
Sinfull, myself, and a few others used to go out and race and there were fast cars. Now theres 16 year old pot heads with Hondas.
