how well will 5.3 head gaskets hold up under boost?

5.3 head gaskets I have a 99 gmc sierra 5.3 stepside 4wd. I am wondering how well a set of 5.3 head gaskets will hold up under boost? I am planning on adding a supercharger on my truck and I have an extra set of heads. If the stock head gaskets do not hold up well under boost I am going to have the extra set of heads ported and polished and installed.
