proper alignment of flywheel to crank and convertor?

proper alignment of flywheel to crank and convertor? Can anyone tell me what the proper alignment of the flywheel to crankshaft and to the trans convertor is? I have a vibration that feels like an imbalance and I was tolt the trans was rebuilt about a year ago and I suspect that it wasn't aligned properly. Also I think the flywheel may have a small amount or wobble or runout.
