Suspension & Brakes - A-arm install help!! Please...

I am installing upper and lower A-arms this weekend and have a few questions about the lower A-arms especially....

I bought the BMR lower A-arms. They have an adjustable swivel mount on one of the arms. How should I set this when installing the arms? I know I need an alignment after installing but a good starting point would help as I am installing them in my garage (along with uppr A-arms, sway bars, torque rod, new tires and rims.

Should I grease the bearings at the frame mount?

Any tricks or any install secrets?
