nitto = longest life, least traction (of the 3), only one I would drive in the rain

m/t = shortest life, most traction, don't bother in the rain

bfg = medium life, more traction than nittos but not as much as m/t's, not too bad in rain, but not as good as nitto's.

That is the general consensus. The best tire depends on what your primary concern is, traction or treadwear.

i will totally agree with /\ him

i will say that when i had the BF G's, they did pretty well in the rain actually, until they were completely smooth, obviously.

Nitto would be the better DD DR. Though the BFG's will hook a lot better IMO. I had both and from now on I'll only use the BFG's.

BFG's on a daily driver for sure. MT's are useless as a daily driver tire, you'd be insane to have them on your car in a down pour.
