Default True Duals, Over or Under Axle???

Alright guys i just got my cam installed, and i HATE how it sounds with my longtube and borla setup..So ive been thinking of going the True Dual route However i dont want dumps since i love the CME and i wanna run those. So ive seen pics of both of them ran under and over the axle my question is this?? which is better? i wanna keep the price down..However ground clearance is an issue for me since my car is pretty low..I just measured, and i have about 3"-3.5" or ground clearance from the ground to the y-pipe..it might be a little more then that though..Soo i dont know what the best way to go. there is a shop by me that will do a complete exhaust under the axle for $650 for me, with my choice of mufflers, so if anyone can give me some advice please do as i am desperate for some help..Thanks

Under axle.

Why in the hell is everyone so worried about loosing clearance under the axle? My damn pipes under my axle are higher than the rest of the system!

The under axle part is the LEAST OF YOUR WORRIES with TD's concerning ground clearance.

if i do them under the axle..i wanna get them with 3 bolt flanges, so i can unbolt the tips and run dumpr before the axle..that way i can unbolt them if i need to to drop the axle.

Thats a wise idea, Although, if its prone to scraping or rubbing on speed bumps, im sure you'll be under the car tightning those flanges from exhaust leaks ..

trust me I also have them under axle on a low car and have never touched the flanges or under axle part. I also haven't had to retighten my flanges at all. so I say just go under the axle works great. if you wanna quieter exhaust note get the flo-pro twisters in stead of regular bullets.

if i were to do it, i'd go over. there are just more benefits (clearance and if you need to drop your rear).

And as I stated earlier, clearance under the axle is not an issue, which you can also tell from the pic. The system is lower at other spots. Even if you run over a speed bump, the rear tires will lift that section up with the rear end as they run over it.

Here are mine. Same as the Blur, I can unbolt in front of the axle for maintenance or to run dumped. Cost me $450-500. Clearance is great and no exhaust leaks at all.
