Eastern Members - My new Whip!

Well, with the Lightning having a purpose built race motor, and the old jeep not being trustworthy enough to drive to virginia (or cross town for that matter) I decided it was time for a new daily driver. I knew I wanted something with a 6spd, didn't want another 2wd vehicle, and wanted something pretty capable.

Its the last year for the TJ body style. Last year for the straight 6cyl. And if your not familiar with the Rubicon, its got front/rear air lockers, 4.11 gears, a 4:1 transfer case, and once modded is hands down the most capable jeep ever made! (And the sales chick was hot!) Probably not the smartest move...it made me realize I've written checks for over 400,000 dollars this year, and its only half over...but hey, ya gotta have fun while you can right?

I ordered a 2 inch spring lift last night to hold me over. I'm going over the logistics of installing a 5.5 inch long arm kit on the pier next to the ship! If I do that, she'll get 35's!

Nope, she came that way. The great thing about the Rubicon, it comes ready to rock! dana 44 axles, 4.11 gears, lockers, 31" goodyear MT/R's. Really the only thing it needs is a little more ground clearance, and sway bar disconnects to let it flex.

Nautilus...I will definitly make her pose! The girl knew damn well what she was doing...and I told her she should buton up her shirt if she expected me to fill out the paperwork correctly!

Make sure you don't miss a tire rotation or those tires will chop, bad. I see it on a daily basis.
