Default Full Slicks vs Street type slicks

Hoosier Quick Time Pros vs Full Slicks.
MT ET Streets vs MT ET Slicks.
Anybody gone from one to the other and prefer one over the other for track use? I'm going back to a wrinkle wall type tire for my Bogarts when the MT ET Street Radials I have on there wear out and am wondering if I should even bother with the DOT approved wrinkle wall tires or if I should go straight to the slicks. These will not be street driven but if the DOT tires will hook exactly the same I might as well go with them. My local track does not allow full slicks in their street class while bracket racing. It has to be DOT only so I'll go with the DOT tires if they hook just as well. I've gone 1.57 60' on some 26x9.5x16 (8" tread) Hoosier Quick Time Pro's but these are going on my Bogarts. I'll get either 26x10" slicks or 26x11.5x15 Quick Time Pros or ET Streets. Full slicks better or are the DOT ones just as good? Opinions? Facts? Thanks.

I like the QTPs. They hook like a slick and are DOT approved so I can drive to and from the track.
