General Maintenance & Repairs - Which Transmission Mount To Use???

Ok after searching for my lound banging noise I finally find out that it is my transmission mount. Looks to be busted up pretty good and ready for replacement. Was going to ask yall which mount I should go with? Prothane tranny mount or standard rubber mount? Heard both good and bad on both so dunno which one to go for? Car is pretty much stock btw

I got the energy suspension poly mount, no complaints here. Some people claim it is loud, but i have poly motor and tranny mounts with no extra noise, so i dont know what everyone else is talking about.
