I have been reading up on SFC's. Everyone says you can feel a difference when putting it to the ground. What kind of time improvement should I expect to see from adding these SFC's? I already have LCA's and a tower brace.

You will not see any time improvements at all. It will only make the chassis more riggid. And as you add more power the car it will put it to the ground better.

It also add's a little more weight to the car.

I disagree, you may see up to a tenth or so because there is less flex when launching. My car hooked better with these, this is the first mod everyone should do, really tightens the car up

Very noticable feeling of the car being "tighter" and handling better.A first mod IMHO also.
