Default Quick Oxygen sensor question

Do i need to wait to take the Oxygen sensor off after I pull the exhaust manifold off on the drivers side or pull it off before I pull off the manifold. I got an o2 sockets it just a bitch to try to get it on it. Or is it possible to get it with a wrench?

I've allways used a big *** crescent wrench on my O2 sensors. Make sure they are good and tight so you don't have to go to the hospital. If you can pull the manifold with the sensor still on, then remove it with the manifold in a vice it would probably help.

If you don't have a vice or some other way to hold the manifold tight, I'd defiantly use a wrench on it.

I did that and zip-tied it out of the way. My 11 yr old couldn't get to it either.

Waiting for the opportunity to have it on a lift so I can get to it. Not too much clearance with floor jacks.

And no problems since I had the rear O2s deleted via tuning.
