Default Best cam for stock exhaust/manifolds?

Hello all, I am wondering if there is anyone who has installed a smallish cam in their car that worked well with the stock exhaust manifolds and if so, what kind of power did it make? Thanks all for the help!

Thunder Racing CheaTR cam was designed specifically to work with stock exhaust manifolds and cats. 215/230 .600/.578 117LSA. I made 411 rwhp with this cam, stock manifolds and cats, SLP Dual Dual catback w/ AFR 205 heads.

Cuz they don't do much and are not really worth the money! Hey, great numbers with the Cheat-r cam cats too!

Cheater makes great power up top. If you want great torque down low, try what is in my sig. It also came from Thunder Racing; just we didn't give it a cool name.

The manifolds really quiet down the valvetrain noise. As far as stealth or lope, it's purely a function of idle rpm. A stock 800 rpm, there's a definite "beat" to it. At 850 rpm, it's very stealthy. If you want a hard lope, you can turn down the rpm to 700 rpm.
