Default Will sfcs help my times at all?

Full bolt on 02 T/a. Mods in the sig. On my suspension i have lcas, phb, 1le swaybars, prokit, slp valved bilsteins, sfc.

Do i need sfcs or should i pass up on them? do they help at all acceleration wise?

I am also worried about protecting my cars frame/body.

Won't slow you down and will help your car go straight, and not twist when you start getting big power.

It might help you 60ft a few hundreths????????

As well you should be. These F-body cars tend to twist themselves badly when stock and under heavy acceleration. The SFCs aren't so much a performance mod per se. . . more of a real good mod to keep the car from continuing to twist until you start hearing rattles in the dashboard you never heard before, rattles and squeaks showing up that can be prevented with SFCs. The car is just not rigid enough from the factory to take the torque.

There are many manufacturers of SFCs, I chose BMR weld in type, the tubular chrome moly ones for weight savings.

This is a mod your F-body would hug you for doing if it could!!
