belated 12 sec. club post
I should have posted this when I first signed up on Tech, but never got around to it. This was at Atco, on 11/25/03, decent conditions, don't have the exact D.A.;
12.67 @ 112.64 on a 1.90 60', the 1/8th was in 8.23 @ 85.77.
The car is a 2000 Z28 M6 hardtop, NO options except P.S. cooler (not even a rear window defroster!). It is daily driven in ALL conditions/seasons, and had about 45K miles at the time. It has an autocross/roadrace/handling type suspension on it which KILLS the 60'/weight transfer.
"power mods" (if that's what you want to call them);
lid
filter
SLP y-pipe/2OTL catback
drivetrain/other mods (that would possibly help 60'/e.t.)
GM 4.10s
Mac cover
Random Tech adj. torque arm w/poly bushing
Pro 5.0
Nitto DRs in 275/40 17 @ 16 psi
full sized fronts (275/40 17s) pumped up to 50 psi
3.5" alloy driveshaft w/1350 yoke
mats, spare & jack out
I held it at about 2500 revs and "walked it out" (stock clutch), spun very little, and hit each shift at about 6100.
Best 1/8th ever (not this run); 8.23 @ 87.27
Best 60' ever; 1.82

Thanks. Yeah I was kinda shocked myself as some don't even go that quick/fast with; many more mods, better drivers than myself, and less mods that would hurt their 60s/E.T.s! Then again, they don't have Atco in decent conditions either.

Thanks, ALL. Again, it suprised me also, especially since my foot was not through the floorboards on the shifts (trying to save the 10 bolt, stock clutch and trans ).
