ss hood

i need to buy a new ss hood for my camaro...im having a lil trouble finding one....has anyone bought a aftermarket hood?from where? and how much....it looks like slp is the only one that sells them...i just dont know if its worth paying 1000 for one..

Where are you located? I have a black hood from my 2000, will take $500. I am in MD if you are semi local, i can meet up with you, would rather not ship
