i need help pleas guys
i wanna know which of this cams is better??
1- TR230/224-111
2- TR224/224-112
i have 99 camaro with 2001 engine, auto transmition , x-pipe,
underdrive pully, headers long tube, two mufflers, hp tuner, K&N filter,
327 gears, no torque conventer ( stock tran only with shift kit )
i wanna the best of these cams to street races ( zero or rolling 400 or 700
or 1 km race range) i wanna the best of these cuz i dont wanna
torque conventer or gears ( i wanna my stock without stall and gears )
which cam better for daily use and more power and best to buy ?

I use the TR224, it's a great all around cam with a great idle, I think it's on the borderline of needing a stall converter. That's always the first thing I put, but I think that is your best bet between the two.

The 230 won't show as much gains as it should over the 224 with your restricted intake side and free flowing exhaust side. To better utilize your current setup you should look into exhaust biased cams like a 231/237 or something of the likes with larger exhaust duration to take advantage of it. I'm not going to lecture you about the advanced section b/c you've already heard it enough.

if i go with 327 gears and stock stall , what gonna be??
224/224-112 i think its good with 327 gears and stock stall
but i wanna the best for my stock 327 gears and stall
( which cam is best with my stock 327 gears and stall but greater than
224/224 like 224/228 or 228/228 or ................ )
pleas i wanna fix the right cam to my camaro for street race
cuz if i fixed stall like 2800 or 3200 i will kill my power after
700 m or 1 km on the streer race i think )
i hope to enjoy urs reply

Better is TR224 114
Because the others will pull like crazy on the brakes without stall due to raised idle rpm.
IMO even better is a stealth 224/224 .581/.581 115+0
