stock 4th gen tire size i dont have an owners manual to tell me and i am the 4th owner of my 2000 camaro z28 its on 16 inch rims currently so trying to find the stock size tire and then get the rear tire a lil bit wider for some grip. i have uber traction problems.

Check the door sticker. It should tell you what the stock size was. Base tire was a 235/55/16 and 245/50/16's were an option. You can put 255/50/16's on it and that's the widest you'll find for a 16" rim.
