Ok so I bought a set of GM ZR-1s for really cheap(low on funds) b/c a couple of them had some bad curb rash. So I decided I would try to get the curb rash out with some Al oxide(worked really well), then re-polish the lip and paint em'. So should they be black or gunmetal?? Going on a black 98 Z with black SLP grille.

I say black with polished lip... if the car was another color posibly the gunmetal... It looks good on the black but I think the black on black looks better

If I had a set of wheels I was going to paint I would consider a different color that nobody has so your car can be really different. But if I had to choose from black or gunmetal, my vote goes for gunmetal. I will be getting some gunmetal ZR1's for my Black Z in the near future.

Dude I don't know. And the poll isn't helping out any either...half and half.I guess we'll see whenever I buy the paint. I've been thinking about having dad bring down his spray gun and spray em' with it. I bet it would look a lot better.
