Default single chamber flows in I-pipe or at tips?

just wondering if anyone has tried single chambered flows in an I-pipe or at the beginning of duel tips and exiting with the tips? how would it sound, board thought id ask

i think it would be a little restrictive. i know they flow great for true duals but i don't think they flow enough to be used as a bullet in the I would be used. they're not completely straight through like a bullet.

I guy out here where I work has a 94 Z28 with a hotcam LT ORY and a 3in 1 chamber in the I pipe then it runs over the axle splits and goes out each side. kinda like a loudmouth that he just swapped the 1 chamber in. It sounds awesome kinda has that nice mustang pop and kackle to it. I've been convinced for awhile that the amount of pipe you have after the muffler and before the tips has a great effect on the tone.
