Need help with torque specs, Firebird 67 cylinder head bolts Anyone know the torque specs for the Firebird 67 cylinder head bolts?? Had a blown head gasket which we are replacing but I can't find these specs anywhere 
(It's a Firebird 230, line 6, overhead cam, 165 hp)

Need all the help I can get on this one. I've found this page on the net: MattsOldCars.com but it's reference is probably to the V8 engine...BTW: sorry for my english, I'm from the northern parts of norway

Your english is just fine. You use it better than a lot of people I know here in the U.S.
Welcome to LS1tech!Check these out. Here are service manuals for the '67 Firebird. Service manuals go into detail on repairing/maintaining the cars. The automobile dealerships use them. I'm sure they'd have the torque specs listed.
