If you still have stock manifolds and you're slapping on LT,ORY and a cutout, you could see in the neighborhood of 20 hp. You wont know unless you get the car dyno'd but regardless, you'll be able to feel and hear the difference.

I can kinda' give you somewhat a comparison.
My brother and I have had very similar setups in our cars. Same year, same model, A4s, his was 2.73 mine 3.23, same intake and catbacks.
Our cars have trapped up to about 107 through OEM manifolds and cats. I never dyno' d my car before headers, but his dyno' d just under 330 RWHP. 'Bout 350 RWTQ. Mine would have been close because of running similar times and traps.
I just added QTPs and spit out 'bout 360/ 371 RWHP/RWTQ with a tune and catd' y-pipe only. I haven' t been able to plant to power on a clean run so I can' t give you an ET. We are putting some QTPs on his car tonight, and he will be running before a tune and after a tune to see what difference he gets between the two so I can holla' back after that. I picked up 5+ horse and 15+ torque with HVMCs and nothing else, so I know they were worth the investment.
I would say with a tune, going from OEM manifolds and cats' should net at least 20-25+ horse.
