macs are good but pacsetters are great, your always goin to gain more with Longtube headers b/c they flow better, and from what i hear the ground clearance on both of them is around the same

I've been running mac's on mine for about five years now and no problems at all, but if you want to produce more torque you should go with the pacesetter long tubes, but double check just to make sure because a few people have said that the ground clearence on the pacesetter's is not that great.

The only thing there is to do after you buy midlengths is wish you had LT's.

I have been very happy with the mac headers. However if the options existed when I purchased them, I would probably go with something else. At the time it was Macs, SLP or FLP.

I'd give the pacesetters a try. They probably sound a bit cooler than the Macs also.

I still say the power difference between the LT's and MACs are minimal and not even worth consideration when compared to the lower priced LT's. I made 400RWHP with macs and I have fewer bolt ons than most cars.

I like my Macs. The funny thing is I've been in the 12's before a lot of LT cars around here.
