Will 3.73s,stall & DRs cut a second off 1/4?

Will 3.73s,stall & DRs cut a second off 1/4? I have had 3.73s installed and and the stall is next but I was wondering if I add some drag radials to this combo would I lose a full second at the track I am curently running mid to late 13s and mid 12s would be great.

yeah it is i had a 01 ss with a 4000k stall and 3.73s with stock manifolds and lid and cutout, tune, and bald street tires and pulled a 1.7 60ft and ran a 12.0 at 118 so yeah its possible n/a at houston raceway park
