That sounds like a lot of fun. I'm thinking we could meet them over the pass around Cle-Elum or something and escort them over the pass and to the XXX. I'd be willing to take the day off to do that. Their trip from XXX to their Hotel passes within 1/4 mile of my house, so I'd probably join them the rest of the way too.

A week or so before they leave someone should contact them and let them know they'll have an escort and where to look for us. That way they won't think were just a bunch of curious passers-by. Maybe even get a cell number so we can confirm their departure time in Spokane so we can be in the right place and time.
