Default Need help on how to get rid of something

Im planning on getting my windows tinted tomorrow and Id like for these spots to be removed. Ive tried windex, and even Stoners Invisible Glass; they did Nothing. I have no idea what it is, I bought it like this. There are small greyish/white circles and spots on the inside or outside of the glass on the hatch.

I TRIED to get a picture of it but it just doesnt come up clear on camera.
This was at about 1pm

This was around 7pmish

If you look hard enough you can see it

Any help would be MUCH appreciated, dont want shitty looking tinted windows =(

take a piece of steel wool, squirt your windshield with whatever windshield cleaner you use, then take the steal wool and just go over the area. Hopefully it will come up. don't worry, the steel wool does NO damage at all to the glass. I have done it to hundreds of cars and no once was there ever a problem. Try that and let me know if it worked..
