Default New LmPerformance Hood

does anyone have any experience with the 4-Port Heat Extractor / Ram Air Hood for 98-02 FIREBIRD/TA Ver. III from lmperformance? any imput such as quality and fitment would be really appreciatted!

im also looking for anyone that knows a shop/person that paints the screaming chicken on the hoods of late models. i have seen 4th gen's with them and i love it, yet i cannot find anywhere that does it when i search online.

thanks again!

I don't think it looks good on the ram air hood IMO because it gets too broken up by the bumps. The bird needs to be on the Firebird (flat) hood.

if u look at pics of the hood im talking about at lmperformance.com, there is a bird on them. http://www.LMPerformance.com/3092/1.html

i currently dont have the ws6 hood. I wanna look into all my options on what i can do with my hood, whether it be paint a bird on the one i already have, get a new one, or a combination of both.
thanks

Now that doesn't look bad. I thought you meant something like this:

Run a search for Mecham hoods. You'll hear endless accounts of poor quality and build with them. Theyre more of a track quality hood, not street quality.
