Which Rockers? I have an 02 Trans Am with a stock cam and valvetrain. I'm contemplating on whether to put a set of rockers on it or not. I'm looking at the Crane rocker arm kit that includes everything I need. I'm not sure if I should go with the 1.7 or the 1.8 ratio. The 1.7 I believe come with 5/16 guideplate and the 1.8 come with the 3/8. Will I see any horsepower improvement with the 1.7's and can I keep my stock springs? Will the 1.8's fit my stock heads and valve covers and would I have to upgrade my springs? I don't know much when it comes to the valvetrain so any help is appreciated.
