Default Need advice on putting lower end in new block.

I had a LS6 block built with forged internals last year, put around 2,000-2500 miles on it, pulled the heads to swap them out, and found a few scraches on a few cylinder walls. I am prety sure they are too deep to be able to bore the sleeves out more..
So, my question is, I have a LS1 block was done by a shop for me a year ago, until they found a small crack on it, that they sayed might not allow the head stud to hold properly, but they couldn't say for sure. I am thinking what if I put the forged internals from the LS6 into the LS1 that has the small crack on it.
I can buy a cheap roller f-body to put it in. How much would a shop charge to simply put the lower end from one block in the other? Both blocks have been done up by the shop, so the specs should be nearly identical , right? What do you guys think?
