I get the same here. They are nice looking cars, thats one reason why I just had to have one, the other reason was that my '89 Firebird was a 2.8L V6, it was time to upgrade.

I had someone look after my car for a couple of weeks as I was away. He came to drop it off today, could hear something loud coming, and it looked awesome coming towards me, didn't click at first that it was mine, no one diven my car before so never heard or seen it moving.

There are only a few firebirds around here and only 2 or 3 t/a's. At first I got some looks but ever since getting my ws6 hood, it's non stop staring. And of course everyone wants to race you and talk ****.

I haven't had anyone talk **** yet, but it's the same around here, there are a few TA's...but none as loud as mine with the cutout open

I get some looks and a few every now and then. Most people around here are into 4x4s though.

When I had my dually, I got waves from damn near everybody that met me on the road. However, it was a black '03 Dodge 4x4 4-door with 9" lift and 35" Super Swampers

In my town I have one of 3 black trans am ws6s, there is this silver ws6 running around somewhere and occaisionaly u can find a sunset orange metallic. Normally i get alot of stares and from friends people are like that car is awesome! There are also alot of rednecks (for lack of a better word) with 4X4 they get some stares to. Also plenty of camaros mustangs and corvettes running around, but i still believe the TAs get more looks.

Yeah I get that alot here too.... Most firebirds around here are six bangers, so they hear the rumble and pretty much unload in their shorts.
