turbo'd stang

This car has no second gear. You drive normal and it never hits second, but let off and it will go into third...after it revs up high enough. Fluid looks awesome...no clutch material what-so-ever. I had the HP hooked up to it. I can put the tranny is 1st, turn on the 1-2 solenoid, take off, tell the tranny to shift to 2nd....nothing. IF I turn off the 1-2 solenoid, the tranny will shift into second..nice and firm like it should. We replaced the 1-2 solenoid. Still does it. It was having a TPS code, so we put a new one on. Hasn't come back. Now it has a pressure control code.
