Your dealership won't look into said problem and take care of it for you. Isn't the point of a tsb to make the lives of both car owners and the staff at the dealerships easier. I mean what the F. I take my car int the dealership with the bubbling paint on the roof issue and they want me to take the time to make phone calls and arrangements to have the repair done. Isn't this why you buy a car from a dealership, so you can have decent service? Excuse my rant but between the two dealerships I'm dealing with (chevrolet and pontiac) the service departments are really sucking lately. Yes I know I know, it is time to change dealerships.

Yes it is.

Beleive it or not, some GM dealers actually take pretty good care of their customers. I'm lucky enough to have found one.
