Just wanted to check something, I'm getting ready to install a Vortech SC which shares the oil with the engine. My motor has some mileage on it 72k and had a break in the pcv system sucking in a bunch of dirt. But the vortech runs off the front of the pan. All the oil in the pan has gone through the filter correct? Seems like it would have to or the oil pump would pick up dirty oil but at the same time isn't there a filter on the pump for that reason???
