Will ls1 GTO manifolds work?

Will ls1 GTO manifolds work? Ok guys ive got some old manifolds off of my 04 gto that i traded in, Do you think i can use these for a DIY turbo set up or would the truck manifolds be better? The only diffrence i can tell between the two is the flange. The GTO manifolds have like ball style flange instead of the 3 bolt flange.
