Default car is stuttering at WOT!! whats going on?

here is what is going on! my car has been sitting in the shop for a month waiting on all the new tranny ****. i went from t56 to th-400. i havent had it retuned for the th-400 because it is a manual shift just like the t56.

last night on the way home at 3:45 AM i was cruisin down the street and it was like a ghost town on this night. And what do you know a bright green bike pulls up. so i decide once we start going about 60 why not so then I shifted back to 2nd and mashed it. well for the first 3 seconds the car worked and then it started bogging when it tryed to hit full boost or makeing a werid turbo studder noise.

has anyone ever experienced this?? car was around 200 degrees

do i need to retune the car. maybe its a fuel problem!?!? i never had this problem with the t56

You weren't logging while driving home? Just tune it and forget it?

Did you check the impeller on the turbo? Does it spin freely? I'd check that, simple enough for you to do, especially if you heard a "weird turbo noise."

The info you gave is pretty vague, can't point you in a specific direction. Check all hoses and clamps, maybe you have a loose/torn hose and its causing some boost leak problems.

Maybe you hit the limiter in 2nd?

Maybe the convertor is too loose and you were hitting the rev limiter?

We need some more info.

hmmmmm the limiter isnt till like 6900 and the shiflight is set at like 6300 and i never saw the shift light....

the car was tuned for the six speed like 5 months ago never had a problem and i barly put the 400 in it and this was the first time stepping on it.....and this happend i wanted to see if it would do it again so i half throttled it making 5 pounds gradualy but once it tryed to hit full boost the car shuts down well studderd! i hope i didnt hurt nothing!

In know it seems simple...but since you just did a swap check your trans fluid level....1/2 quart low and it could slip.

if you were spraying meth some could have pooled in the pipe below the maf, wet maf = sputtering as well. Getting a little water on the maf causes it to sputter and buck majorly due to flooding the engine with fuel.

The VSS signal is used for a tun of the program tables. I wouldnt drive it anymore without a vss reference...
