th-350 or th-400 looking into swaping out my m6 to got with an auto....making 500to the ground on motor and i will be going with 2 stage o fn2o when i go auto totaling 300more hp

Th400 for sure, 350's can be built to handle that power, but if you're plannign on making 800 hp on the bottle, then I'd go th400, the larger internal parts will take teh hit of nos better. If you're gonna do it, do it once and don't regret the decision.

probly go with a rossler th-400 with a trans brake.....1400$ is a very good price..... also looking at the yank th-400 with the LS1 bellhousing i like that alot

Give eastside a call, they are a hughes dealer and can tell you exactly... I bought it with a converter and a driveshaft, so I don't know exactly. But Sean @ eastside could tell you. Same setup that they had in the black car last year that went 8.90... so I think it's o.k.

You don't really need that yank bellhousing, that's a big gimmick. The regular th400 housing will attach with 5 bolts, that's enough. I know of 8 second ls1 cars that are attached with the 5 bolts thru the standard housing and have no problems.... don't believe everything you read.
